The spreading war in the Middle East
Iranian strikes against US Kurdish allies in Iraq show that Iran is willing to take real risks to show it is standing against Israel and the US. While Joe Biden is stuck with Bibi Netanyahu as an ally, and Netanyahu is a really bad actor when it comes to US interests. And he would prefer to see Donald Trump back in office next year.
